In both the cases the filter media was same i.e filter cloth. These filter cloths have to be removed and washed after every batch. And have to be changed after every 2 to 3 batches.

We have developed a new patent pending system for filtration of carbon powder. These filter systems can be automated and it is completely back-washable.

Thus no need to open the filter housing after every batch and no changing of filter elements. The life of our filter elements is more than 6 months. Have attached videos of our filter system and also how backwash happens. Also there is a technical datasheet of the system.
